10+ years of performing weddings in the Okanagan brings with it a deep understanding of the concerns and considerations facing a bride and groom-to-be. This unparalled experience will ensure that you receive maximum contributions to your wedding experience.

Through planning and executing hundreds of weddings and private events I’ve developed a unique and collaborative approach, which leans on effective two-way client communication. This day is about you and it is my responsibility to ensure that the event is precisely what you envision.

Having successfully performed at many locations throughout the Okanagan Valley, I can personally guarantee you won’t run into challenges with set up, organization, sound or lighting.
Planning sessions will be scheduled weeks prior to your wedding to ensure my approach aligns perfectly with your expectations so that the event is as unique as you are.

Before The Big Day

You’ll get access to an easy-to-use online planning system that allows you to conveniently modify your event at any time, allowing you to change your playlist, choose a different entrance song, or simply ease your mind by double-checking the details.

The big day will be tailored to your exact specifications, and I will help in any way I can to ensure that your wedding matches your vision. Need help choosing songs? Not a problem; we’ll work together to select the perfect music for your wedding. A vast collection of amazing playlists in a variety of tastes are available to you if you need some ideas.
​
Up to three face-to-face meetings will be scheduled before your wedding day. I love getting to know my clients and take great satisfaction in building a connection prior to the event. However, if time and distance constraints get in the way of meeting in person, meetings can be scheduled online via Skype or FaceTime.

Day Of The Event
Planning a wedding can give you plenty to worry about between now and “I do,” but have peace of mind knowing that you are in the hands of a trusted professional.

After months of planning and anticipation, when the big day finally comes you can take comfort in knowing your perfect selection of music will be playing from the moment your first guest arrives.
​
By the time your ceremony begins, your wedding officiant will be fully mic’d and ready to go. The ceremony music will be expertly blended to perfection, and you can sit back and enjoy the moment as it unfolds just the way you’ve imagined it.
​
Years of experience lends its hand to expert preparation…. extras such as backup cables and batteries for the equipment, a microphone windsock so that your guests can hear your vows in unforeseen windy conditions, and even a backup computer for music will be provided. I have seen it all and will be ready to ensure the ceremony goes off without a hitch.
Upon arrival to the reception, guests will be treated to your curated selection of upbeat music as they mingle prior to your grand entrance. Your MC and the speeches will be heard loud and clear through high-quality speakers and a top-of-the-line wireless microphone.

Beginning with the first dance and continuing through to the dance party, your music will be exactly as planned. Want your guests have a say in the dance music? No worries – guest interaction and requests are highly encouraged….but don’t fret! There’s an option for a “do not play” list as well. Whatever your preferences, it is my number one priority to make sure your wedding is remembered as “simply the best”.
